INQUIRY

Inquiry to me means to accept what you don't know and go further to find the answers you're looking for. They don't ask "how" but "why" and think critically to get what they need to answer their questions. One reason that this quality is important to me is that it’s okay to ask a peer, teacher, or a parent when you don’t understand and it will make the question make more sense for you to learn and will be easier to understand what you are learning in class so you won’t become frustrated in you’re work. One example of a project or activity that shows Inquiry was the Storybook Project were we made a storybook for 3rd to 5th graders that taught them about wellness in a fun way. This shows growth in Inquiry because my partner and I had gotten new ideas or feedback from our peers and teachers that would help the plot and the story line of the book.
