Communication to me means to work together with peers to express your ideas in honest and confident manner, while also actively listening to and considering the ideas of your fellow peers. One reason to use this quality in STEM is because when working on a project or activity, we work with others to share our ideas or thoughts with our peers to get feedback and to fix the mistakes that we had made in our work. One example of a project or activity that shows Communication would be the soap making project in Science where we made a piece of soap using a variety of different chemicals that were very hazardous to use with no protection. This would demonstrate my growth because we had to discuss with our table group on what responsibility we each needed to do and how long to do our responsibility so we would get a reasonable amount of steps so we could each be happy from what we got to do.
